Last weekend I was busy creating this wedding invitation for a card swap. These are swaps that are organized between demonstrators who want samples made with stamp sets they don't own. In this way we help each other out, both creatively and financially. I'm really so glad to belong to such a great team at Stampin' Up!
I had a lot of classes and workshops over the past while and forgot all about the swap in which I had agreed to participate. Duh! Anyway, on the last possible day I checked my email to see if I could find when it was due. You never saw such fast and frantic stamping!
Hints for making multiple copies of cards or invitations.
1. Decide on your colour pallet and stamp set.
2. Gather all necessary materials. (paper, ink, stamps, adhesive, scissors or paper cutter)
3. Create your master card. (Sometimes you have an idea that doesn't really work and you have to play around until you get a balanced composition.)
4. Once you have designed your card, measure and cut all the paper for your multiple copies.
5. Cut ribbon, count out brads, eyelets or other embellishments.
6. Stamp your images and emboss if necessary.
7. Pile all the separate parts of your card in a line. Assemble your cards adding embellishment as needed.

I didn't have time to take photos of the process but my wonderful
husband snapped this shot while I was at the final step of assembly.
I will take pictures of the swap cards and post them on my Wedding Page. Look for them tonight.
