I'm really in the acetate groove now and if you haven't seen enough of these transparent cards, here's the last one I made yesterday. I think this one turned out the best. At least it's a "clear" photograph.
Again I used our white Stazon ink for stamping directly on the transparency. The stamp sets I used were: Doodle This and Baroque Motifs. Cardstock: Regal Rose, Rose Red, Whisper White and Pretty in Pink. Ink: White Craft ink with white embossing powder. Other Crystal Brad from Fire collection.
In this shot you can see that I have two layers attached to the front of the acetate and two adhered to the back of the acetate cardfront. Inside the card I have just Rose Red with a scalloped white circle. On the back of this card are two layers lined up to mat the Rose Red cardstock and hide the mini glue dots.
Detail of the front Baroque Motifs flower. I just love this image and use it in a lot of cards. Here, I first stamped the floral image in white on Rose Red then cut the center out and attched it to the Regal Rose flower with a dimentional. Finally I finished it off with a crystal brad. This was attached to the acetate with a mini glue dot which I covered with the scallop punch and 1 3/4 inch circle on the inside.
Thanks for popping by and don't forget to check out my Retired Stamp Cards in the Retired Sets photo album in the left hand sidebar.
