Hi Sherry,
Yes, many designer papers are available "on screen". You can print the pages out yourself or send to Stampin' Up to be printed and bound (If you wish). There are stamps to "stamp" on your digital page and also hodgepodge hardware, ribbon etc. Gord decided to burn his on a CD so his digital scrapbook was not printed but he can share it with others.

Are the stampin up papers on the screen? Does that mean you don't need to buy the paper? Does it suggest a layout and suggest a particular stamp you should buy to complete the page? Can you print out the page by yourself or does it need to be printed out by the company and sent to you?
