Hi Cynthia,
For this card I used the Five-in-One Card Cover Template (on page 169) to trace the shape. It was easy to follow the score lines, cut it out and assemble!
If you were wondering about the striped paper, it's a double-sided designer paper called "Dashing" (p.172)
These are so easy to personalize and look good too!

I love this idea of making gift card holders - do we have to buy special paper or is it cut to fit?
